ChatterNola is seeking a dedicated and energetic BCBA to join our team! We are fast growing private practice, specializing in early intervention in applied behavior analysis for children 18 months to five years.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with children ages 3 and under
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to oversee staff and clients while creating and maintaining a positive, productive atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Design, coordinate, and oversee assessment and intervention services and programs for preschoolers with autism spectrum disorders.
- Train and supervise (registered) behavior technicians
- Provide direct 1:1 treatment according to the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) for children with autism.
- Design and Implement Behavior Support Plans and ABA strategies to reduce behaviors of concern and teach replacement behaviors.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and outcome targets using evidenced based methods for behavior reduction.
- Collect data about students' behaviors through direct observation.
- Complete daily written notes and recommendations while maintaining accurate and confidential records.
